The site that supports the Continuity of Health Care
This site opened 2008-02-19 and was first dedicated to the European
Standard EN 13940 "Health Informatics - System of concepts to support
continuity of care". This standard has now been passed by CEN to the
ISO Technical Committee 215 to be further developed as a multi-part
International Standard as well as a European Standard, with a broadened
scope that beyond basic concepts, also includes process-related
ones.
